The John Lewis Partnership is proud to be opening two brand new Contact Centres - one in Didsbury, Manchester and the other in Hamilton, Glasgow. This is an exciting new venture for the Partnership.
We’re looking for experienced people to join us and help launch these cutting-edge Contact Centres. Having worked in a call centre environment could be an advantage but is not essential – however, we think you’ll be surprised by what a job in a John Lewis Contact Centre has to offer.
