In addition to invaluable on-the-job experience, the John Lewis Graduate Training Scheme is supported by a range of formal training courses and seminars that will teach you a range of crucial skills including leadership, communication and performance management, as well as sales and business results analysis.
You can also look forward to individual coaching and mentoring support, as well as a centrally organised programme of events including residential courses that bring all of our graduates together, enabling you to share your experiences and learn from those going through the same graduate programme as you.
At every stage of this programme we are committed to helping you be the best you can be. After all, supporting your progress is also how we’ll guarantee the future success of our business.
Please bear in mind, however, that the most crucial factor in your career development will be your own drive and self-motivation to make the most of the wealth of opportunities open to you.
