You might know Partnership Services as Shared Services. We are a standalone business area but our vital work influences every aspect of the Partnership. Consisting currently of Financial Processing, but soon to encompass other support functions, we deliver a joint governance framework for the entire company, meeting the needs of Partners through simple and efficient services and processes.
Treating the Partners we serve as customers in their own right, we provide the same exceptional standard of service that John Lewis and Waitrose customers have come to expect. Naturally, in whichever area you choose to join us, you’ll passionately deliver our ethos of superb customer service.
